No, seriously. Take our Startup Pampers team for instance, which is as Silicon Valley as it gets. Here we design and build digital products and content using, you guessed it, agile processes: launching MVPs, learning from user feedback, and making fast iterations. We crunch and digest data with our everyday morning coffee to optimize our output in ongoing cycles. We innovate together with our client and partner agencies, forming a close-knit, multicultural team – constantly in touch via the latest collab and messaging platforms but also meeting up regularly to assess our progress, identify new directions, and share a few burgers&beers.

„Done is better than perfect” is tattooed on our foreheads: we try to overcome the perfectionists in ourselves and create more, fail faster, and correct our mistakes sooner. We play the startup game to keep up with our brands’ nimble little challengers. But, unlike them, we get to play in the padded comfort provided by our sugar daddy central HQ in Paris: solid resources, both material and human; an international network of peers and experts; spacious offices; decent working hours, and regular occasions to recharge our batteries together.

After acquiring the digital business in July 2015 for Europe, Middle East, and India, our passion and dedication turned Saatchi & Saatchi Budapest into Olay’s lead agency in Europe, focusing on the UK market.

Our portfolio now includes ATL development, full scale product launches and activations, communication strategy, digital eco-system planning, CRM programs, website strategy and maintenance, plus video production. We also work closely with our team in London on influencer-led activations.

Humanizing Technology: Meet the Midea Team

After 50 years of focusing on B2B communications, Midea, one of the world’s leading home appliance companies has finally decided to turn directly toward its customers even outside of China – but before that, they turned to us.

We love a good opportunity to help create the tone of voice of globally renowned brands, determining how they will talk to millions of people. Soon after we defined what the brand stands for in digital, the We defined content strategy was born. Digital Environmental Analysis, Content Audits, and Social Media Reviews followed (think: lots and lots of workshops), until we were finally able to begin developing creative work in 2018. (Hallelujah!) This currently includes creating digital assets for Facebook, Instagram, the Midea website, and eCommerce channels.

Working on Midea is both a very exciting process and a steep learning curve for all of us. Plus, we hope to get some really cool discounts on those appliances we’re selling…

Although everyone does laundry, washing habits and clothing trends differ from country to country. This offers us a very exciting communication challenge as we deliver creative assets to more than 30 countries across completely different regions of the world.

We believe in creating content that can be scaled globally. In other words: coming up with ideas that are fit for use in all regions, including Greater Europe, the Middle East, North America and Latin America. But we also love jumping into regional campaigns to deliver end-to-end communications solutions based on local insights.

Besides strategy and content creation for digital platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, brand websites and Amazon, we dig up real consumer insights and have our finger on the pulse of the latest social trends and innovations.

We’ve been creating eCommerce assets for P&G’s Oral Care brands (Oral-B, Crest) in the North American region since 2017, mainly developing product cards for e-retailers like Amazon.

Our expert team behind coordination and creation is constantly challenged by the tight deadlines that are a well-known characteristic of eCommerce, but hey, we’re always ready to be quick on our feet if the aim is to deliver great work.
