Overall Summary

As a Junior eCommerce Specialist, you will work closely with several teams, including eCommerce Project Managers and Account Managers and Creative Department. You will have a chance to work in the international environment and deliver projects together with colleagues from New York and Warsaw. You would form part of the Digital Strategy Team, where your main focus will be to provide on-going, proactive support to your eCommerce Team.


  • Supporting eCommerce team in daily work on all projects for a big multinational client

  • Conduct eCommerce content audits for various eRetailers (mostly US, UK)

  • Review eCommerce creative materials based on the brief, platform requirements and best practices

  • Stay up to date with main global eRetailers’ specifications

  • Collect data, create reports and investigate patterns

  • Work collaboratively with international teams in Warsaw, London and NY


  • Strong project ownership and good project management skills

  • Detail-oriented

  • Team player

  • Good communication skills

  • Confident using Excel and PowerPoint

  • Has an interest in digital marketing

  • Has the ability to focus on multiple projects at the same time

  • Good organizational/planning skills

  • Great communication skills in English (both written, spoken)

Experience / knowledge required

  • experience in eCommerce field not required but nice to have

  • pro-active, innovative and creative, with a concise, precise and effective approach to problem solving

  • confident, outspoken and passionate about presenting his/her work, findings and ideas to clients or team/s

  • this position is full time and fully in English
