Account Executive

Saatchi & Saatchi is looking for a new member who understands digital platforms and is enthusiastic about working on global projects.


As an Account Executive, you’ll oversee and direct multiple projects at a time, working directly with both internal teams, clients, 3rd party vendors and multi-international agency partners to ensure client satisfaction and ensure work is completed on time and on budget. You collaborate with the Expert Services and Creatives to ensure the smooth execution and delivery of our larger and more complex client programs.  The ideal candidate must be fluent in English.

Key Objectives:

  • Define and drive projects to deliver client and business objectives

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

  • Manage cross-functional teams onsite, 3rd party vendors, multi-international agency partners to ensure client satisfaction

  • Understands creative processes and ensures that creative assets, deliverables are created according to the brief and brand tonality and visual guidelines


  • Maintain an understanding of the client’s business, their needs, expectations, requirements and success measures.

  • Work with internal teams, clients, 3rd party vendors and multi-international agency partners to obtain client signoff and ensure client satisfaction at key points

  • Collaborate with the internal teams to identify the approach, deliverables, schedule and tools to deliver the project within established constraints.

  • Quality control of all work that is submitted to clients

  • Understands eco system of brand and can identify gaps/opportunities, can give strategical recommendations for business opportunities

  • Can motivate teams through briefing process, provides constructive feedback and can convey brand needs for any given project


  • 1-3 years of experience managing interactive/digital projects, preferably in a consulting or agency environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience in working closely with Creative teams

  • A pro-active approach to creative projects

  • Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms

  • Be self-motivated, optimistic and curious about all things “online”;

  • Strong attention to detail and a problem solving nature.

  • Practices open-mindedness, demonstrates thoroughness and knowledge of topic/requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with an emphasis on being clear and concise.

  • The confidence to give clients trust in your work

  • Must display a team player attitude

  • Ability to work independently;

  • Precise and humble work performance;
