Junior Search Specialist

Overall Summary

As a Junior Search Specialist, you will work closely with several teams, including Account Managers and Project Managers. You would form part of the Digital Strategy Team, where your main focus will be to provide on-going, proactive support to your SEO Manager. This includes executing SEO/SEM, YouTube and Analytics related research, tasks, projects and reports whilst also proactively building your own knowledge of the digital ecosystem and field of SEO.


Responsibilities

  • involvement in SEO strategy and project support of the broader Search team

  • providing analyses, insights and data-informed decisions for various client briefs

  • working with your team to ensure and maintain the integrity of client accounts by having a robust technical and objectives-tailored SEO strategy in place

  • shift between SEO, Google Analytics and YouTube execution, research, maintenance or support

  • gravitate between various responsibilities, clients’ brands, projects and briefs.

Experience / knowledge required

Please note that if you do not have experience with some of the tools / skills mentioned below, we are happy to teach you, although experience with these tools is advantageous.

  • 0-2 years’ experience in search - even if only from university courses
    (paid search experience is advantageous)

  • must demonstrate data interpretation capabilities to drive insights

  • a keen interest for, or experience with, other areas of the digital eco-system, such as ecommerce, consumer research or paid media are advantageous

  • experience with tools such as Sitebulb, Screaming Frog, Xenu, AWRCloud, Ahrefs, CrazyEgg, SEMRush, Moz, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and YouTube are all advantageous.

  • pro-active, innovative and creative, with a concise, precise and effective approach to problem solving

  • confident, outspoken and passionate about presenting his/her work, findings and ideas to clients or team/s

  • a passion for emerging platforms and a good knowledge of effective SEO strategies and techniques as well as Google algorithm updates are advantageous.

  • this position is full time and fully in English

Junior Application Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Application Manager who will work closely with our product release team (project managers, UI/UX designers, external stakeholders like translators and local clients) and more broadly with the whole product team (product manager, project managers, UI/UX designers, copywriters, and developers) to help manage sprints for our app.

Roles & responsibilities

The Junior Application Manager is responsible for managing application release processes for the application for markets serviced by the project management team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage release process from kick-off until go-live, while making sure all deadlines are met

  • Keep contact with local markets to gather their inputs and fully understand their requirements

  • Manage kick-off of market releases and gather all market inputs ahead

  • Manage to build application prototype with the UI/UX team

  • Manage content localization (translation and local approval) via translation management system 

  • Perform user acceptance test (UAT) on iOS and Android platforms and track issues in a tracking management system

  • Manage application submission materials to the app store

  • Follow and track the whole release process on dedicated tools 

  • Ongoing tracking of daily financial duties (Issuing POs, invoices, tracking internal and external costs)

  • Continuous thinking on how to make the product and processes better

Requirements

Hard Skills

  • Project management skills: delivery oriented, keeping deadlines, problem solving 

  • Able to handle multiple projects in parallel

  • Basic level of understanding digital development/production

  • Basic level of application development and agile method

  • Team player who manages to liaise with clients and internal team members as well

Summary:

As a Digital Project Manager, you will work within the Project Management Organization and you’ll oversee and direct multiple projects at a time, working directly with both internal teams, clients, 3rd party vendors and multi-international agency partners to ensure client satisfaction and ensure work is completed on time and on budget. You will support the Account, Expert Services, Creative, Delivery Services & Project Management Teams to ensure the smooth execution and delivery of our larger and more complex client programs.  The ideal candidate must be fluent in English.

Key Objectives:

  • Define and drive projects to deliver client and business objectives

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

  • Manage cross-functional teams onsite, 3rd party vendors, multi-international agency partners to ensure client satisfaction

  • Understand team capacity to ensure resources are fully utilized and deployed at all times

  • Support the creation of project status reports with the Account Management Teams

  • Be available to assist and train junior Project Management team members as needed

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the project team – including the Account Management team - to identify the approach, deliverables, schedule and tools to deliver the project within established constraints.

  • Coordinate activities of the project team and ensure that project tasks are completed by: scheduling and facilitating team meetings, communicating action steps, and delivering weekly status reports to the project team.

  • Maintain an understanding of the client’s business, their needs, expectations, requirements and success measures.

  • Maintains awareness of the latest industry news related to the client, competitors, and shares with the cross-functional team members to help promote an Innovative Thinking Culture.

  • Work with Account Management, Resource Management, Creative and Expert Services Teams to obtain and document client signoff at key points during the project.

  • Work with internal teams, clients, 3rd party vendors and multi-international agency partners to ensure client satisfaction with support from Account Management.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience managing interactive/digital projects, preferably in a consulting or agency environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of Project Management tools including tools like Trello, TargetProcess, Basecamp, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and more.

  • Experience in working closely with Account/Project Managers, solution owners, technical and strategy teams.

  • Customer oriented and customer friendly, with a focus on keeping appointments.

  • Strong attention to detail and a problem solving nature.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on being clear and concise.

  • Must display a team player attitude
