We really are effective!

We’ve won a Bronze EFFIE for our CIB One Step Forward Personal Loan campaign created for CIB Bank in the financial services (banks and insurance companies) category.

EFFIE is the only international professional award that is given for both the creativity and the effectiveness of the campaign, therefore we are especially proud of this acknowledgment.

The campaign strategy was based on the customer expectation that people would immediately like to know the loan amount to which they are entitled. All creative materials were based around this quick (10 minute) pre-qualification: the customer does not even have to interrupt what they are doing, or they can simply get the result using those free “empty” minutes we all have during the day.

The campaign achieved a significant active effect. Before the campaign, the number of monthly inquiries (online and telephone) ranged up to 150, in November it then went up to 4373 and in December it was 2996. The CIB credit growth has also been significant.
